Example costs are as follows:

STANDARD PHOTOGRAPHY - minimum of 2 hours, minimum of 40 (edited) high resolution pictures. All pictures sent to you or a family member by email to use, share and print as you see fit. £325.00

OPTIONAL EXTRAS - Hardback Photo Book of 20 pages (28cm by 21cm) £59.00

SPECIAL EFFECTS EDITING - Variable depending on your requirements - ask for details.

Includes travel up to 25 miles - 40p per mile thereafter

Costs for this are variable depending on a number of factors. These include access to the venue to set-up beforehand. For events such as bands, church meetings or theatre performances, access to a sound feed from the main mixing desk MUST be arranged and organised beforehand.

Live filming is usually an unscripted event with editorial decisions made by the producer at the time of filming. This service is not intended for editing but to record the event as it happens. Any editing can be commissioned afterwards with costs dependent on what is required based on an hourly rate.

Access to a suitable position for filming must also be arranged beforehand.

Costs will be roughly based on  a daily rate of £425 with media provided on a USB pendrive belonging to the organiser of the event.

It is the responsibility of the person commissioning the filming to inform attendees that filming is taking place .

Through discussion and mutual agreement a contract will be created and signed between both parties prior to any event or commission undertaken.

As part of the contract, it will be assumed that use of images can be used to show other potential clients as to the type of work Life Journey Media undertake. This will comply with general safeguarding procedures (in line with our Enhanced DBS Clearance) and standard GDPR compliance. No names will be used or published in regards to these practises. Any images that you don't want to be used must be informed to us in writing making this an opt-out clause at the point of information being provided.
